This is the very first time I ever heard of an all-black penguin!! But I was checking yahoo.com a while and discovered this news and just had to read a bit of it. Just thought I share it out since its the first time anyone has ever discovered one too.
This is a King Penguin btw.

I am so with you on this...I think it is awesome to discover such an awesome creature that is so different than his peers. What a beautiful penguin! It will be awesome to see the off-spring that he produces...they will be truely unique...just hope science doesn't think they have to be some kind of 'project', 'to discover, new life'. I'm tired of hearing that crap! Anyway, what a beautiful creature!
